I’ve been using my Medela Mini Electric Plus for about one year now… Well it’s not actually mine.. its my sister’s… And it served me well for the past one year.. I was able to pump at work twice a day, without consuming much time (well, it’s a double pumping system… that contributes for short time pumping sessions). Overall, I am totally satisfied with it… (except for the irritating noise it makes..) I have sent it for service only once for the whole year.. and my sister has used it for about one year before she passed it to me after Lya’s borned….

Now that she’s expecting her new addition in April.. I’m in dilemma… She needs the pump too… its either I have to stop pumping at work… and just continue to breastfeed Lya only at nights.. (which I’m reluctant to, since she’s only 1 yr 1 month now, and my target is to pump at least until she reaches 2 yrs old) or Should I get another pump? I went to Medela Service Centre in Ampang last week and was totally amazed when I tried this demo set, and from then since, it has become one of items in my wish list… it works and feels exactly like natural baby’s sucking rhythm (Only bf mothers would understand this…!)
I love this...!Should I buy it now? Since Medela has announced that the price will increase RM200 in 2 weeks time… but, this model costs a bomb! More than RM1k ….! Is it worth it if I buy it now? Gosh... If only i have lotsssss of extra $$$$......

Tp pk2 balik, kalu henpon ke, pegi jalan ke, boleh la pulak abis ribu2 kan. Kalau breastpump utk kebaikan anak kita, lg la patut beli.lgpon sure ko akan kembangkan lg empayar kan?
Aku ckp ni utk peringatan diri sendiri jugak, esok2 aku nak bf exclusively gak utk new addition, insyaallah.

betul2.. selama ni pun dah byk jimat since takyah beli susu formula.... nape la reluctant sgt nak spend utk beli pam ni eh... kalau bleh bayo bulan2 takde la terasa sgt...

I strongly recommend you to buy spectra3 yg boleh guna double pumping.Less than 1k Linda.Senyap pun senyap...cuba la try kat susuibu.com atau momlittleones (tak sure kat center ni boleh ke tak, tapi kat susuibu mmg ada pump yg customer boleh drop by n guna). I had bought one for myself.I had used avent and medela manual pumps, but currently i think spectra3 is my fav. Dual pumping is better than single pumping. I think you can find articles to support that statement of dual pumping.
mm.. spectra pon not bad gak rasenye linda.. my cousin beli kt susuibu satu set dlm rm500++.. kalo xsilap doulble pumping.. tryla carik more info.. :)
tu lah.. dah tertry PIS Medela ni, rasa suka sgt, sbb ada kakak yg pakai spectra kat sini pun kata kalau ada duit lebih dia nak upgrade ke Medela PIS...
Aritu test demo set dia, suction dia soft aje, tak terasa sgt pun, tapi dlm borak2 masa test tu tetiba dah nak penuh sebotol... kejap aje.. hehe... tetiba Medela dpt free adv kat sini....
Kalau Kak Ida, kak ida akan beli, but not that brand lah... too expensive for me... Linda boleh dpt yg bagus dgn harga bwh RM 1K.. tapi kena rajin survey la... beli tetap kena beli sbb lya masih ada 1thn lagi utk stop... pastu tu boleh simpan utk anak2 yg lain.. insyaallah...tapi kalau dah comfortable ngan brand tu, tutup mata bayar ajer... benda nak pakai lama kan.. x rugi...
insya allah.. mmg kene tutup mata, ngan tutup telinga sekali bayo nih.... mintak2 byk la susu balik lepas ni..... tak sabo nak pakai pam baru... kekekeke....
